Set 2: Continuous Writing

Question: If you had the chance to travel to any part of the world, where would you choose to go?
Explain your choice.

Travel. It is something that everyone should do at least once in their lives. Whether it is to
another state or out of the country. Travel is a way to broaden your horizons and a way to step outside
your comfort zone. It is a way to see the world with various perspectives and learn about different
cultures that exist in the world we are living despite of the development of technology around us yet
it still remains. There is nothing quite like travelling, seeing a new place for the first time or returning
to a favourite one. People of all ages from all around the world, go to foreign places for different
reasons – mainly, for work, family, and leisure. Whether by plane, train, ship or by automobile,
travelling is generally a pleasurable experience. If I had the chance to travel to any part of the world,
I would choose the land of K-Pop, South Korea.

With so many places to visit, planning a trip to Korea can be overwhelming but it is worth it.
As for the Seoul’s landmark attraction is none other than Namsan Seoul Tower. It was located atop
Namsan Mountain in the middle of the hustle and bustle city. The tower draws in visitors year-round,
and is most famous for its nightscape view of the city. For hallyu (Korean Wave) fans like me, this
tower is a must-visit attraction. I have watched various Korean dramas been shoot here like My Love
from the Star and Legend of the Blue Sea. Here, I can also having teas at the atmospheric cafes and
restaurants among other high-tech facilities and 5-stars services. Besides, here also lies a
representative attraction of Seoul, Bukchon Hanok Village shows the charm of Korea’s traditional
buildings. The neighbourhood where relatives of the royal family lived. What I most excited about is
the hanok there was grand, each single lanes there were very mesmerizing and picturesque traditional
houses with old-fashioned design home. Moreover, my memorable moment will be captured
beautifully as it will turn out great with breath taking views in the background.

In the other hand, I am eager to go to Korea because of its scrumptious food there. Full with
unique ingredients and savoury food there. One of the food that is
