Good afternoon everyone, I’m Mr. Noel V. Bernales from Unidad National High School under UNIT IV,
UNHS has been existing for 45 years since 1973. Currently the school has 1194 enrollees with 52
teaching personnel and 3 non-eaching personnel. What is special in the school compared to the other
schools in the district is that it has the ESEP, Engineering Science Education Program with a more
advanced subjects and competencies.

AS AN ENGLISH TEACHER, AND A SCHOOL PAPER ADVISER, Teaching English as a Second Language has
one universal problem, and that is the GDA or Grammar Deficiency Anemia. Here in the SLP of 2016-
2017 revealed that the lowest rated language competencies fall on grammar usage. Another major
problem confronting is there are no textbooks given to grade 8 class. Another thing is the lower passing
rate of the learners in English.

After applying the innovation which I will be exposing later,

I have to be honest, Still grammar is the lowest, but with considerable improvement as compared .

Even if there were no textbooks, remediation turned out to be easier and more substantial. It developed
the principle of an interactive classroom where students must be busier than the teacher.

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the real beauty of this research, the EWPT MONITORING TOOL. How did

This is the consolidated score or the gathered data from the 30 respondents…it does reveal that
students got the lowest percentage on week 2 which is the narrative essay
