What is the Deloitte Women’s Leadership Launch?

The Deloitte Women’s Leadership Launch (DWLL) is an interactive workshop for a
select group of high calibre first-year female MBA/Master’s students. DWLL is an
opportunity to network with Deloitte consulting leaders and keynote speakers,
develop a toolkit for success as leaders at school and in your career, and share
best practices with women from top academic programs nationwide. The
conference provides a forum for Deloitte practitioners to share observations,
advice, and approaches gathered over years of recruiting, nurturing, and
developing women talent.

What are the dates of the Deloitte Women’s Leadership Launch conference?
The 2020 Deloitte Women’s Leadership Launch will take place from Friday,
January 10, 2020 to Sunday, January 12, 2020 at Deloitte University in Westlake,
TX.

Who is eligible to apply for the Deloitte Women’s Leadership Launch

conference?
• Members of the class of 2021 at a full-time US MBA/Master’s program
• 3-5 years of work experience
• History of superior personal achievement in school and work
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
How can I apply to DWLL?
The application for the 2020 conference is open, as of September 6, 2019, and will
be available on the Deloitte Women’s Leadership Launch website. You can apply
directly here.

How much does it cost to participate in the Deloitte Women’s Leadership

Launch?
Deloitte will cover the costs of airfare, hotels, meals, and transportation to and
from Dallas-Fort Worth airport (DFW). We will also provide reimbursements for
transportation to and from your local airport. Hotel accommodations will also be
provided at Deloitte University for all conference participants.

When will I find out if I have been accepted to DWLL?

All applicants will learn of their application status in the first week of December
2019, if not earlier.

If accepted to DWLL, do I need to attend the entire conference?

Yes. We are not able to accommodate late arrivals or early departures to and
from Deloitte University. In addition, our content is meant to be learned
throughout the two days, thus it behoves attendees to be present throughout the
whole conference duration to experience all of our planned content.
