Sncrroi.l I. Title. - firis Act shall be known as the

"Mandatory Infants and Children Health Immunization Act of
aOLI".

Spc. Z. Declaration of Policy. - In accordance with

Article II, Section 15 of the Constitution, it is hereby declared
to be the policy of the State to take a proactive role in the
