This quantitative research study was administered to determine the
factors affecting the University/College preference of the Grade 12 Senior High School students of the College of the Immaculate Conception. It seeks to evaluate and assess the main factors that a student considers when choosing a certain University. The researchers of this study have gathered sufficient information and have researched about the variables that influence the students’ decision and perception before they conducted a survey at the College of the Immaculate Conception. They made used of the Slovin’s formula to accurately compute their desired sample respondents out of the Grade 12 students’ total number of population, and to get the results of this study, the researchers used the weighted mean, average, percentage, and frequency distribution. This study resulted in the findings of the top factors that the majority of the Grade 12 students consider. First is the Service Assistance/Scholarships offered, second is the Academic standing of a University/College, lastly, the least considered and agreed on by the Grade 12 students among the seven (7) factors are the facilities and campus size of a University and the peer-related factors. Furthermore, this research study have effectively given substantial recommendations that both students and Universities can use as an essential guide. It concluded that the Grade 12 Senior High School students of the College of the Immaculate Conception gave utmost importance to practicality and academic excellence of an educational institutions..
