Since 2009, I have worked across many environments that have allowed me to develop my customer service skills, project and
team organisation abilities, general problem solving strategies and overall confidence. I have worked at a Video Media Agency,
a Cinema, in Theatre as a performer and at a DIY store. I have worked as both a Freelancer and a contracted Team Member.

Video Editor at Movey Video Media Agency: 2014 – 2019 (Freelance and Staff Member)
I worked as a Video Editor with Movey since October 2015, after working with them as a Freelancer since July 2014. My
responsibilities included creating corporate, E-Learning, 360°, animated and promotional videos placed across the Internet,
Video on Demand and in Cinemas for our client base. I was also a Vision Mixer for them on several live events across the UK. I
was generally responsible for managing our Post Production team across various projects simultaneously.

Along with the development of my technical skills, the job enabled me to develop my abilities as a team leader, project organiser,
and allowed me to deliver consistent, positive service to our clients on a regular basis.

Freelance Video Editor: 2012 – 2015

I have worked as a Freelance Video Editor for various Video Production companies and clients such as SelectBrief,
PromoByVideo and Quanta Ltd. amongst others. These clients allowed me many opportunities to develop my knowledge of
Video Editing software. My Freelance work for Movey later developed into a two-day part-time position, which later expanded.

Team Member at Odeon Cinemas, Milton Keynes Stadium: 2015

I worked at Odeon Cinemas from January to December 2015 as a Team Member. My responsibilities entailed selling tickets at
the box office, serving food and drink to guests, collecting tickets at the cinema entrance and cleaning the screens in between
films. My customer service and organisational skills were largely developed here.

Performer at Buckingham Community Productions: 2013 – Present

Every January, I perform as a character in our local community Pantomimes, more often than not in comedic roles in which
audience interaction is involved. These roles included “Wishee Washee” in “Aladdin”, “Laughalot” in “Camelot”, “Simple Simon”
in “Jack and the Beanstalk” and “Morris Minus” in “Hansel & Gretel.” I have also performed as radio announcer “Bert Healy”, in
2013’s Community Musical of “Annie”. My confidence levels and skills as a performer have developed across these productions.

FOCUS (DIY Store): 2009 to 2011

I was working part-time at FOCUS in Buckingham as a General Assistant from 2009 to 2011. I was mainly working as a cashier
as well as dealing with stock. This was my first experience of working in retail and allowed me my earliest opportunities to
develop my customer service skills.

University of Northampton: 2010 – 2012 (HND in Digital Film Making) and 2012 – 2013 (BA (Hons) Media Production)
Over the first two years of the course, I worked on four short films, a documentary, a music video and a series of promotional
videos. In my final year, I collaborated with the Northamptonshire Association for the Blind to produce a documentary based
around a visually impaired individual. Additionally, I constructed a radio drama piece in which the main character was silent and
produced a Viral Ad to promote awareness of the effects of underage drinking. I completed the course with a 2:1 grade.

Milton Keynes College, Bletchley: 2008 – 2010 (BTEC National Diploma in Media Production)
Over the course, I directed a single camera drama and a multi-camera piece as well as animated a promotional video and
produced and edited a music video. I completed the course with a Triple Merit grade.

Bury Lawn School, Milton Keynes: 2003 – 2008

I attended Bury Lawn School from Year 7 to Year 11 and achieved a B GCSE grade in Art and Design, and C Grades in English,
Maths, General Science, Art, Drama, Spanish and Media Studies.
