EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE OF

ALFREDO CABAHUG with SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This extrajudicial settlement, made and entered into by and among:

HEIRS OF ALFREDO M. CABAHUG, namely:

(1) ALFREDO I. CABAHUG JR., of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, with principal address
at Lapu-Lapu City, of Cebu;

(2) MARIO FLORANTE I. CABAHUG, of legal age, single/married,Filipino citizen, with principal
address at Gun-ob Lapu-Lapu City, of Cebu;

(3) PROSPERO I. CABAHUG, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, with principal address at
Lapulapu City, Cebu;

(4) ETHELBERT I. CABAHUG, of legal age, married Filipino citizen, with principal address at 1835
F.B Harrison St. Pasay City, Metro Manila;

(5) JUDITH I. CABAHUG, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, with principal address at #337 S.
Osmeña St. Purok Ube Gun-ob Lapulapu City, of Cebu;

(6) BERNARDITA CABAHUG AMORES, of legal age, married, and a resident of Lapu-
Lapu City;
 (7) MICHAEL I. CABAHUG, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, with principal address at
Lapu- Lapu City, of Cebu;

(8) DENNIS I. CABAHUG, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, with principal address at
Lapu- Lapu City, of Cebu;

(9) HENRICO I. CABAHUG, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, with principal address at
4E, Ballecer St., Zone 2, Signal Village, Taguig City, Metro Manila;

WITNESSETH:

That the parties are all of legal ages, and are the only children of the deceased who died intestate
on November 26, 1991 in Manila Sanitarium, Pasay City, Philippines. Parties are therefore its sole-surviving
heirs;

That the deceased at the time of his death left that parcel of land described as:

Tax Declaration No. 00277

“A parcel of land known as Lot 6-C part (PSU-07-003886) bounded on

the N by Lot 6-C; on the S by roadlot; on the W by Cabahug Elementary
School; and on the E by Cabahug Private Road, with an area of 2,939
square meters…more or less…” and indicated under the sketch plan a
copy of which is attached as Annex “A” and made an integral part hereof.

Tax Declaration No. 2006-021-04847

“A parcel of land bounded on the NE by Foreshore, on the SW by

Prop.of Domingueto Mendoza, Lot 2400 & 2399, on the SE by
Foreshore and on the NW by Cansaga Bridge situated in Plaridel St.
(Cansaga), Paknaan, Mandaue City containing an area of 28,160
square meters… more or less…”

That no personal properties are involved in this extrajudicial settlement; that to the best knowledge,
information and belief among ourselves, the DECEASED left no debts; A true copy of this deed had been
published once a week for three consecutive weeks in a local daily, a newspaper of general circulation as
certified by the said newspaper.
 That the FORCED AND LEGAL HEIRS, being of legal ages and with full capacity to contract, hereby
by these presents, adjudicate among themselves the above described real property.
