URGENT MOTION TO RESET HEARING

PLAINTIFF unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully move for the
resetting of the hearing on the above entitled case considering that:

1. The plaintiffs’ counsel was informed that the above entitled case was
set for continuance of hearing on at 8:30 o’clock in the morning. Unfortunately, on
the said date the undersigned counsel on record will not be available as he will be
appearing before the in different cases, which cases were earlier set, hence this
resetting;

2. This motion is not intended to delay proceeding of this case but done in
good faith.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises duly considered, plaintiffs most respectfully beg for

the Honorable Office to cancel the hearing on the above entitled case which was set
on and call the same on most convenient time of the Honorable Office.
