Huawei Ten Rules

1- Any operation in live network should have the implementation solution which has been audited
by Huawei technical team and approved by customer.
2- Any change operations on live network should be executed strictly according to the DOWN TIME
approved by customer .Any operation ahead of schedule is prohibited.
3- Consider the possible consequences before any hardware change .wearing the anti-static strap
to plug and pull the boards is the must.
4- Prohibit operating any other vendors equipments
5- Prohibit logging in the system by using other person’s or illegal accounts.
6- Do not accept any temporary un-planned change operation arrangement .any extra operation
out of the change solution is prohibited.
7- There must be another engineer to confirm the each step operation during the important
change .prohibit committing operation task to another staff and accepting other staff’s change
operation commission un-officially
8- Only the legal versions of the software can be used in live network. Un-officially released
software is prohibited.
9- Any incident must report to the product line team leader and CS manager within five minutes.
10- Confirm all services running well with the monitor center before leave.
