CITY OF MIAMI FILM NOTIFICATION

Dear Businesses & Residential Residents,

We will be shooting Visual Effects still photography and motion picture for the Feature Film “Ghost
Draft” that is produced by Boneyard Pictures, LLC. in Downtown Miami Area between SE 14 Street and
SE 2nd St on Brickell Avenue, Miami, Florida and at 600 Brickell Avenue Building in your Business and
Residential District.

Proposed date(s): Saturday, November 2, 2019 (Weather Date) or November 3, 2019 (Shoot Date)
Hours: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM for 3 hours and 4PM – 6:30 PM for 1- 1.5 hours

Description of scenes: Aerial Still and Motion Picture Photography from an Airbus Helicopter. Helicopter
will photography views of Downtown Miami Streets and Buildings.

City of Miami Police will be present for our activities during the morning hours from 7:00 AM -11:00
AM City of Miami Police: (WILL) be present for security and to adhere to public safety and right of
ways.

We have applied for all necessary permits and maintain all legally required liability insurance.
Additionally, all personnel required to ensure public safety will be on location. We will abide by all City
filming/still photography rules and any specific guidelines applicable to your neighborhood.

We will make every effort not to disturb you and will treat your neighborhood with the respect it
deserves.
