Ref: Proposal for Structural Audit submitted by you on 29th June 2019.

Dear Mr. Ganesh More,

With reference to above subject, we have gone through your offer dated 29th June
2019 in detail. Accordingly, we have decided to appoint your firm as Structural
Auditor to carry out the structural Audit of external & internal areas and common
areas of our society building named as Malhar Bhavan CHS Ltd in terms of the
requirements of the Maharashtra Co-operative Act/Bye- Laws.(Bye Laws No 77) and
MGCM perfoma and NDT.

Your professional fees for the structural audit on visual basis will be Rs. 24,000/-
including GST as per the proposal submitted by you to our society and as approved by
the Managing Committee.

Herewith, we are enclosing a cheque of Rs. 18,000/- as an advance amount towards

your professional fees. Balance amount of Rs.6,000/- will be paid after submitting the
detail audit report to our society office.
You are requested to start the Structural Audit of our society building and submit the
report within 2 weeks from the receipt of this work order for us the expedite the work.
