24 October: Pre-work Submitted design & got feedback from client.
25th October: Pre-work Re-designed & confirmation from Client.

26 October: Event day-1 asked for Change the design of backdrop & display box.

27 October: Event day-2 Re-designed the stall & installed necessary display box.

Business Card:
Whole 3 (Three) days long exhibition we collected business card from visitors through our brand promoters. After exhibition we found some issues about business
card. One of the most horrible parts was SQ Marketing Executives/Representatives were involved with visitor’s business card collection from stall’s card holder
without any permission from SQ high officials.
After exhibition we got 126 visitors business cards from our exhibition stall.

Event Overview:

According to our client brief, before event day, there was mentioned that there will be displayed 19 types of SQ Cables sample, 4 types of SQ lights sample & SQ Total
Power Solution project model.

But on the event day, there were various types of SQ Cables, SQ Lights and SQ Fans for displayed.

We faced many kinds of technical question from our visitors. We should have a technical person 24/7 who can brief the specification of a product in exhibition stall.
