In addition, since common area outside the Iris Observatory (Sky lounge) is being used by the clients
and due to several inquiries, rental fee will be charge as follows (residents/non-residents):

a. Php500.00/table (maximum of 6 tables)

b. Set-up of buffet area = Php2,000.00

Client who will be using the common area will be endorsed to PMO for payment.

NOTES:

1. Ingress is Three (3) Hours before the main event.

2. Main Event is Four (4) Hours.
3. Egress is Two (2) Hours after the main event.
4. Time extensions such as early ingress at the venue is Php200.00/hr., main event extensions and
late egress are subject to additional fee for the venue at Php1,500.00/hr. payable to DMCI-PDI.
5. Main event extensions will only be up to 10PM maximum.
