We, the College of Arts and Sciences Student Council, will hold its annual Miss College of Arts
and Sciences screening on July 05, 2019. As part of the screening process, we are in need of help to
judge and choose the most deserving lady to represent the College of Arts and Sciences. They will
reign for one year; represent our college for Miss Silliman. I would like to invite you to be one of
