NARRATIVE REPORT

Making a research paper was never easy, especially when you still don’t have a

topic to study about. I still remember the time when we were struggling to find a topic,

the pressure is on especially when you knew the other groups has already decided a topic

to study with.

The making of Chapters 1, 2 and 3 was difficult but with the cooperation of

everyone in the group we were able to finish on time. The process of making the Chapter

was the hardest of three; finding the important details and summarizing the results in

every relevant study we found.

We were all getting ready since the pre-oral defense is fast approaching. On that

day we will know if our study is to be approved or not. Luckily it was approved but there

are still minor revisions to be made but instead of feeling down, were happy because it

widen our minds and gives us the idea on the scope of our study and where we should

only focus into.

We are very aware that the real research is just about to happen and that is the

conducting of the survey and the making of Chapters 4 and 5. Conducting the survey was

very hard because you will encounter different types of students. You are fortunate if the

students are willing to answer the survey questionnaires but the opposite if the students

are not mindful and careless in answering the survey questionnaires which destroys the

data.

Tallying and interpreting all the answers really takes time especially when we

utilized the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) because not every member
in the group knows how to use the software. Those who knew how to use the software

were badly needed every time we were making the Chapter 4 and 5.

The making of Chapter 5 was divided appropriately to finish the paper in time

with the deadline. All the members contributed all their ideas and efforts in making the

last Chapter. We were happy that it was

A nerve-wracking day welcomed every student in Accountancy, Business and

Management on October 1st 2019. The final oral defense in our Practical Research II was

about to happen.
