2. It is submitted that I Dr. Sohail Ahmad Anjum, working as Veterinary Officer

(BI) at CVD 403/GB, Tehsil Tandlianwala District Faisalabad is nominated for four
week mandatory training for promotion from BS-17 to BS-18 vide Admin Department
NO. SO (FT)/L&DD/2-48/2019 dated 30-10-2019.

3. It is therefore submitted that I am proceeding for LPRI, Bahadurnagar, Okara on

dated 03-11-2019. The departure report is submitted for your kind information and
further necessary action, please.
