INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses HOMAR ALEXIUS C. DE

GUZMAN, a resident of #16 Centro East, Santiago City,
Isabela, Philippines, for the crime of Murder under Article 248
of the Revised Penal Code committed as follows:

“That at around 10:00 o’clock in the

evening of August 15, 2019, at the residence of
the victim at Centro, Santiago City, and within the
jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said
accused HOMAR ALEXIUS C. DE GUZMAN while
serving as domestic helper in the household, with
treachery and evident premeditation, and with
great abuse of confidence, did then and there
willfully, unlawfully and feloniously, attack,
assault, and stab his employer EMERALP S.
AGCANAS, with a knife, while the latter was
asleep in the master’s bedroom alone, to insure
that there would not be any risk to himself,
inflicting upon said employer fatal wounds in the
chest and the head which caused the direct death
of said victim.”
