TO QUALIFY
The competition is open to all singing groups in Metro Manila and Luzon. There will be two parts of the competition,
the elimination and the final round.

To qualify as a participant to the contest:

1. Participants must be 15- 21 years old.
2. Participants should form a group with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 8 members.
3. Participants should attend the elimination round at the Center for Pop Music studio on November 9, 2019. The
exact venue will be announced on the World Bazaar Festival Facebook page.
4. Participants are expected to sing and dance during their presentation.
5. All group members should be available during the elimination round at the Center for Pop Music studio.
6. Submission of documents is on or before September 30, 2019.

QUALIFYING ROUND
Aspiring participants must submit the following to chezka.worldbex@gmail.com on or before September 30, 2019:

• Team Name and Description about the team
• High-resolution Creative Group Shot
ELIMINATION ROUND
The elimination round of this year's competition is scheduled on November 9, 2019 at the Center for Pop Music
studio. Participants are expected to be at the venue by 2 PM sharp.

Participants will be called one by one to perform in front of a panel of judges. Participants are expected to bring
their needed props on stage as no props will be provided by the organizer, partners nor the venue. Each group's
performance should not be more than 2 minutes. Participants may leave after their presentation.

The jury will shortlist the top groups that will make it to the final round on December 15, 2019 and will have it
announced on all the World Bazaar Festival social media pages and Center for Pop Music facebook page on
November 15, 2019. Only the shortlisted groups will compete during the final round.

GRAND WINNER
Php 30,000 cash, certificates, trophy,
voice lessons from Center for Pop Music
FINAL ROUND Philippines, gift packs

For this round, the selected groups must be present at the 2ND PLACE
World Trade Center Metro Manila two hours (2) before the Php 15,000 cash, certificates, trophy, gift packs
competition. The competition proper will start at exactly 5 PM.
3RD PLACE
The group must be able to provide the material to be used by Php 10,000 cash, certificates, trophy, gift packs
3 PM sharp if using minus one. Participants must be able to
sing five (5) mashed-up songs, one (1) of which should be a
Christmas Song and entirely different from the elimination SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES
entry. Songs should be lively and entertaining as participants
are expected to provide exemplary performance on stage.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

risks of physical injury inherent to participating at the Himig ng Pasko Competition. I hereby release the organizer of the World
Bazaar Festival and the Himig ng Pasko Competition, Worldbex Services International, its affiliates event sponsors and
employees from all liability for injuries sustained or illnesses contracted while attending or participating in the competition. I agree
to hold harmless the organizer of the World Bazaar Festival and the Himig ng Pasko Competition, Worldbex Services
International, its affiliates, event sponsors and employees for liabilities, costs and judgements arising from acts of omissions
committed by me that may result in injury or damage to any person or property.

In the event of any physical injury or medical emergency, I hereby authorize the organizer of the World Bazaar Festival and
the Himig ng Pasko Competition, Worldbex Services International, to make necessary arrangements to transport myself to the
nearest medical facility as necessary. I hereby agree to shoulder all transportation and medical treatment costs to be incurred
in the event of an emergency.

I hereby agree that it is my sole responsibility to safeguard my personal belongings while attending the competition. I hereby
release the organizer of the organizer of the World Bazaar Festival and the Himig ng Pasko Competition, Worldbex Services
International, its affiliates, event sponsors and employees from all liability for loss or damage to my personal belongings while
attending the competition. I also agree to abide by any rules, regulations and policies set forth by the organizer of the World
Bazaar Festival and the Himig ng Pasko Competition, Worldbex Services International.

I hereby authorize the organizer of the World Bazaar Festival and the Himig ng Pasko Competition, Worldbex Services
International to use all photographs and videos taken during the competition of other affiliated events for the purposes of
advertising and promotion of the World Bazaar Festival and the Himig ng Pasko Competition.
