Sub: Offer fior total overhaulino of 25 kVA DG set damaoed due to flood

As per the inspection of our service Engineer, the 25 kvA D.G. set (KoEL Engine with KEL
Alternator) at your site is to be completely overhauled, as the same is damaged drie to mud and
flood water. The rate for the same is as follows:

same will be charged extra.
Payme.rt: 50Vo advance along with Purchase Order and balance 50yo against
successful commissioning.
Warranty We offer six months wananty to the rewound portion against any defect
occurring due to poor workmanship or defective materials used.
Complefion 30 working days from the date of receipt of confirmed order and advance,
Validity Our offer is valid for 30 days.
