MECHANICS for Garden Salad Making

1. Partipant/s is composed of two (2) students in every grade level


2. Participants must prepare one serving of their salad dish for the judges.
3. Participants are given thirty (30) minutes to prepare the dish.
3. Practical up-to-date preparation and presentation is expected to be executed by the
participant on the duration of the competition. Likewise, sanitation practices and procedures
must be strictly applied.
3. All ingredients to be used should be edible
4. Participating teams must create a name for their salad dish and label their entry with
creative description through the use of index card.

40% Taste

20% Workmanship
25% Presentation

15% Creativity
100% TOTAL

WELLNESS DANCE ( ZUMBA DANCE) COMPETITION MECHANICS

1. The team should have a minimum of ten (10) participating students.

2. Members of the group maybe composed of males or females or any combination thereof.

3. Groups may use music of thier own choice.

4. Music duration must be a minimum of three (3) and maximum of five (5) minutes.

5. The decision of the members of the board of judges is final and irrevocable

30%-EXECUTION/PERFORMANCE (Timing & Coordination, Projection & Expression)
10%-COSTUME

ACROSTIC MECHANICS

1. Must be particpated by all pupils in every grade level.


2. Description must focus on thier assigned fruit.

MECHANICS FOR PICKUP LINE

1. One representative in every grade level


2. Line must suit to the theme or in the celebration.
