Dear Sir / Madam:

In line with the DepEd Order No.24, s. 2008 known as the institutionalization of the BRIGADA ESKWELA
Program of the National Schools maintenance Week ( NSMW ), the undersigned in behalf of Maasin City
Night High School is humbly asking your participation in the said program.

The program starts on May 20, 2019 and ends in May 26, 2019. If you are willing to be part of it, you may
come to the school on or in between of the dates mentioned when you are available to volunteer.

Among the activities that will help beautify the school and make it ready for the next school year during
the program are:

1. Cleaning of the school grounds

2. Cleaning of classroom and office
3. Pruning/ trimming of the trees around the school
4. Watering of the plants / gardening
5. Sorting papers and garbage
6. Fixing of garbage disposal
7. Vanishing students’ chairs and tables
8. Piling of stones for the vegetable garden
9. Landscaping
10. Etc.

It is also humbly proposed that we specially need cleaning materials like brooms, paint, brush, nails,
hammer, saw, bamboo, garden tools, and ornamental plants. You may bring any of the tools and materials
mentioned.

This will surely benefit not just the school community but also the community that our envisions to shape.
