Call to Order, establish quorum

Approval of minutes unanimous

Board issues/concerns:
 Trees
o Still waiting for ground to dry
 Pool Security System
o Contractor has ordered materials for access control
o Reviewed camera system and is putting together quote
o Work is expected to be done in February
 Pricing for shed to be installed at pool to put HOA equipment
 Spring letter will be drafted so it can be sent out in March
 Architectural Guidelines to be put into checklist and sent to HOs as part of Spring letter
