Narrative Report

On October 7, 2019, Grade 11 STEM-Boyle, divided into 4 groups, performed aerobics with the
incorporation of basic positions where most exercises begin. All groups gathered in the P.E Room,
before the aerobic performance officially start, our P.E and health teacher, Mr. Apollo L. Madriaga
talked about the reminders and rubrics of the said performance.
The aerobics was started by Group 2, followed by our group (Group 1), group 3 performed next to
us and the final performance was executed by group 4. Our group, which contains 9 members,
performed aerobics with the music ‘’Boy With luv’’ and ‘’Kill This Love’’, with the incorporation
of different locomotor and non-locomotor movements such as punch and jumping jacks, push-ups,
mountain climbing, standing reach, sit and reach, side stretching and many more, which started
with different standing position, lying positions, hand position, as well as arm positions.

Aside from knowing the basic positions and movements, our performance taught everyone on how
we should do every movement precisely, in order to have a healthier build. It also imparted a lesson
on how we should always practice moving as one, as a part of a group, with coordination and sense
of unity.

We started with stretching before doing the steps which require more energy, in order for us to
avoid excessive muscle and/or overexertion, after that we cooled down and rest.

All of the steps we executed made us exert energy and effort while enjoying our time doing the
said performance. After all of the performances, when it’s time to know our group’s score as well
as the individual grade, we all felt happy, and we’re somehow relieved knowing that our aerobics
was a success.
