AFFIDAVIT

I, 3, of legal age, married, and a resident of 11 Menlo St.,

cor. Donada St., Pasay City, after having been duly sworn to
in accordance with law hereby depose and say THAT:

1. I am the neighbor of X, the accused in the Criminal

Case NPS Docket No. XV-00INV-19A-0021 for the crime of
Murder.

2. I am executing this Affidavit as a supplement to the

Counter Affidavit of X.

3. On August 10, 2019 at around 11:00 p.m., I am with

my husband and a brownout occurred. About two seconds
after the lights went out, I heard a sound which seems to be
a gunshot.

4. Immediately after hearing the gunshot, my husband

and I went to the dancehall near Donada Street in Pasay City
where a benefit dance was organized by the Sangguniang
Kabataan.

5. On our way to the dancehall, my husband and I met

X who is also about to go to the dancehall.

6. At the dancehall, we learned that someone was shot.

7. I attest that X did not shot and kill A.
