Following the announcement of a reward program by the theme, “Seafarer of the Quarter”, we are
glad to announce that the reward for the quarter October to December, 2018 goes to:

1. 3/E Gebresilassie, Amanuel Goshu (Uniteam Marine)

Cooperative with office staff, accepts and

delivers on tasks given from EMTI Mgt. He is also
showing good performance onboard.

2. E/CD Tusa, Sadam Ahmed (Uniteam Marine)

Great communicator, exemplary and all-round

seafarer. Exceptional performance against all
measures.

The seafarers cited, apart fully satisfying the selection criteria announced as per the attached, have
been displaying such a professionalism that the companies they are working for have provided us
excellent feedbacks due to which they have hired more and more Ethiopians and were giving
recommendations to other potential shipping companies to hire Ethiopian Seafarers.
While we congratulate them for their exemplary performance and excellent attitude, we also thank
them for being a beacon of hope for others to look up to when it comes to demonstrating
professionalism.
This is therefore to inform you of the winners as per above, and give you the opportunity to
congratulate them with us!
Concluding this announcement, we hereby let you know that we have started accepting nominees
for the quarter January to March, 2019.
