these five healthy habits

Here’s what the study recommends you do ;

1stop smoking:

2Drink alcohol moderately:

3Exercise for 30 minutes per day;

seven years longer than those who are not active and are obese ,staying active
helps delay or prevent chronic illnesses and diseases associated with aging.

squared (m2). The healthy BMI range for adults is 18.5 to 24.9

5Eat a healthy diet.


A healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and low-fat dairy diet , which
are low in calories and high in nutrients may protect against certain types of
cancers may also reduce the risk of heart disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes.
