Nurse : Good morning mam..

Patient : yeah, good morning too nurse.

Nurse : i’m nurse yeyen, today i will be looking after you now, from 7 a.m to
2 p.m. Did you take medicine this morning?

Patient : yes, of course

Nurse : How do you feel today?

Patient : I couldn’t sleep all night because of the pain in my stomach that hasn’t
disappeared even though i drank medicine.

Nurse : Do you feel nausea?

Patient : Nope nurse.

Nurse : Does the pain you feel disappear?

Patient : Yes, and i feel this pain like being stabbed

Nurse : Okay then, i need to go now. I’ll inform the doctor right away.

Patient : it’s okay you can leave me.

Nurse : Okay mam, don’t hesitate to press the bell whenever you need me
okay?

Patient : Okay, Thanks a lot nurse.

Nurse : You’re wellcome.
