    which shall include but not limited to product specifications,
    manufacturing processes and operations, formulas, techniques, market
    and product plans, marketing and financial data, know-how,
    trademarks, ideas and other information of whatever nature.

    3. Not to apply or recommend to any person or entity any systems or


    procedures that I shall learn or devised for the company.

    4. To turnover to the company all records, documents and information in


    my possession in the event of my separation from the company for
    whatever reason.
