Learning Area: Organization and Management

I. Objectives: At the end of 60 minutes period, 85% of the students will be able to:
1. Name the different level of planning in the firm.
2. Differentiate each level of planning.
3. Know the functions of each level.

II. Content: THE IMPORTANCE OF PLANNING CONCEPTS IN BUSINESS


SUCCESS.

IV. Procedure:

A.Preliminary Activity:
a. Prayer – To be led by the assigned prayer leader for the day.
b. Greetings – After greetings it will be followed by picking up pieces of
trash and arranging chairs.
c. Checking Attendance – the class beadle will check the attendance.
Follow up neighbors/close friend who are absent.
d. Review/ Simple recall -of the activity done last meeting through
question and answer.

B. Motivation
Show pictures depicting different planning levels in the firm . Let the
students guess what is the picture all about .

C. Presentation
The teacher will present the lesson objective for the day and will have a
collaborative learning by inquiring students’ personal daily plan.

D. Lesson Proper
 Review of the previous lesson which is the comparison and
contrast of the different types of plan.
 Group the students into four (3).Each group will be given
handouts with three kinds of planning level in the firm (ex.
Top management ) to be discuss within the group. For the
three groups ,they will differentiate Top Management;
Middle Management; Lower Management. After the group
presentation the teacher will process each of the groups
output.

V. Evaluation:

The teacher will give each group the different planning levels in the firm
and allow them to present by way of role playing.

VI. Assignment

Read in advance the appropriate planning techniques and tools.
