SUBJECT : PRESCRIBED WORK ATTIRE/IDENTIFICATION CARD

It has been observed that some of our employees did not follow the prescribed work attire and
wearing their company id’s. When reporting to work, all employees must be in their prescibed
attire/uniform. Identification card must be worn at all times while inside the company premises.
Employees are expected to be neat, clean and well groomed while on duty and representing our
company.

The following are considered strictly prohibited while inside the company premises and when in
Official Business. This is to create a strong and positive image to our customers, share holders and
the general public.

1. Wearing of shorts, sando or any T-shirt with offensive gestures or advertising.

2. Wearing of tattered jeans, skirts 3inches above the kneee, spaghetti strap, off
Shoulders & revealing clothes.
3. Wearing of rubber slippers/slippers, flitflops while on duty.
4. Wearing of cap/hat inside the company premises.
5. Pierce ear, tongue, nose piercing among male employees.

Repeated failure to adhere to the company rules and regulations may results in disciplinary
action being taken in accordance with the Company Policies and Procedures.
