INDUSTRY SIZE, GROWTH RATE & SALES PROJECTION

Food is important part of the Filipino culture. The fact that Filipinos love

eating and trying different types of taste, presentation and aspect of the food they

tend to explore new unfamiliar foods. They want to try native foods like exotic or

unique foods in different places. Exotic foods are strange that you might think it is

not edible to eat and also some of foreigners wants to try our exciting food. The

Philippine food service industry, in 2016, generated P535.9 billion in revenues on

the back of 84,503 food outlets operating in the country. This year, revenues are

seen to top P616 billion with 3,126 more food service establishments in operation

than there were in 2016. The insatiable demand for food comes from our enormous

population of 106.5 million whose median age of 24.3 years old is the prime age

for eating out. There are 4,875 newborn Filipinos added every day. The food service

industry is seen to expand in tandem with the growing population and rising

incomes. For the year 2020 and 2021, revenues are seen to reach P637.3 billion and

P656.5, respectively.

The restaurant is all about the exotic foods in the Philippines, your

Philippine adventure will not be fun if you'll not take a bit of a risk and trying some

of the dishes made of exotic foods. The ideas of the business owners they want to

create a new taste and make a twist of every food they make.

to make a new product that will be tackled in every part in food industry which is

the Exotic Foods. These are the key success factors, first is Strategic Focus that

(Processes, Work), forth is Marketing that includes (Customers relations, Sales,

Responsiveness), Lastly the Finance that need the (Assets, Facilities, and

improve the acceptability and sustainability of this business plan.

people, they are looking for something new to taste. So, we we'll give them what

they looking for and they will never forget because consumers’ tastes are getting

more sophisticated, and they’re looking for subtlety and complexity in flavors.

LONG-TERM PROSPECTS

Exotic food is a large impact when it comes in our own cuisine, Filipino

cuisine. As part of our culture originated, it brings art, uniqueness and undefying

taste that satisfied most of Filipino people. When it comes in long term prospects

that happen today and in near future exotic foods may never change because as

Filipino people, we love food not only in taste but the taste of our history.

Exoticism is a Filipino cuisine that serves exotic foods. The team come up

in this kind of ideas because as we're Filipinos we want to introduce our very own

dish to others specially foreigner. We want them to experience the fantastic taste of

our exotic food, that everyone will enjoy. The main goal of our company is to be

proud of our own food especially exotic foods. We will achieve the success of our

company by the help of one of ourselves to pursue the fantastic taste that you'll

never regret and once you taste it you will go back on our restaurant.

COMPANY HISTORY

The Exoticism was owned by the Hospitality Management in Emilio

Aguinaldo College. The concept of this corporation is for everyone to try eating

exotic foods with a twist. The business is built this 2019. The corporation wants to

introduce the Filipino Exotic Cuisine that has a unique taste. This restaurant will

be popular because of its own product. The business owners are planning to build

their first restaurant around Ermita, Manila City. The owners want to sell products

from the Philippines because they want, their customers to recognize the products

in their country.

MISSION STATEMENT

Do right and far exceed expectations daily. We do the right thing and lead

by putting people first. Each and every connection with our team, guest and

shareholders is our opportunity to create an experience that FEEDs - Far Exceeds

Expectations Daily - and show how much we care.

We offer a leap of taste from the ordinary to extraordinary exotic food with

the revolution of its own. The corporation’s main goal is to present a very unique

product, healthier at the same time and an excellent service to our valued customers.

The business giving a 5 star in markings of the restaurant and offering food and

beverages services.

CURRENT STATUS

The corporation targeting all people in the country to try our best exotic

food with a very unique presentation itself. As the corporation is new to the business

world, the corporation Exoticism come up with the idea of starting this business in

Ermita, Manila since it has a large amount of people there specifically foreigners

and local students. The corporation still working on a progress for the better

progress of the company.

LEGAL STATUS AND OWNERSHIP

The Exoticism was owned by the Hospitality Management of Emilio

Aguinaldo College. The people behind this business are Russan Myles Aquino,

Ermin II, Mendoza D., Sharina Ventura, Angeline Castillo, Jonathan Munez, John

Robert Delmoro, and Joceline Rosales. The restaurant came up in this idea of

business to encourage every Filipino people to love their own cuisines and also to

encourage other nationalities to try and love the best Filipino cuisines. The

corporation pay their own taxes to the Government to help also the environment for

a better community.

KEY PARTNERSHIP

 The Exoticism is open for a partnership that has an important of all the

relevant parties that have a clear partnership agreement with a legal

counsel.

 The Exoticism is important to evaluate the proposition and the key

resources and make sure their partner is filling any gaps.

 The Exoticism wants a partnership to be a healthy and sustainable

business.
