The document describes a scenario where a beautiful girl sees her boyfriend cheating with her best friend. Distraught, she jumps from the highest building but accidentally lands on and kills a fat woman walking below. There are two legal issues discussed: 1) Whether the beautiful girl is obligated to pay damages to the fat woman's family, and 2) What is the source of this obligation. The document concludes that 1) Yes, the beautiful girl is obligated to pay damages since her actions directly caused the fat woman's death, and 2) The source of this obligation is quasi-delicts or torts, as damage was caused to another through an act, even though there was no contractual relationship between the parties.

2. If she has an obligation, What is the source?
The beautiful girl has an obligation in the source of Quasi- delicts or torts which means they arise from damage caused to another through an act or omissions but no contractual relation exist between the parties. It is from Quasi- delicts or torts because it arise from damage caused by the beautiful girl to another which is the fat woman through an act that the beautiful girl jumped on the building and accidentally fell to the fat woman causing her to death and they have no contractual relation because the beautiful girl did not know that she will fell to the fat woman.
