QUARTERLY ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
JANUARY – MARCH, 2019
I. INTRODUCTION
Another school year has come and everyone in the Department of Education was
hopeful that the performance level of every school will be increased. Implementation of
K-12 curriculum is already in its seventh year and expected to be more and more
competent and suited to the needs of the customer.
In preparation for the coming school year 2018 – 2019, Brigada Eskwela has been
scheduled to ensure that the opening of classes on June 4, 2018 will go smoothly and
peacefully.
Below are the following accomplishments of the whole quarter’s activities.
1. Attended Seminar for Division Summer Institute for Teachers Development in
Math, English, Filipino, MAPEH, ESP, EPP, and Science.
2. Attended Municipal Wide Training on the Enhancement of the Pedagogical Skills
in Teaching Reading in the Mother Tongue and the Bridging Process of Grade 1
and Kindergarten Teachers.
3. Participated Training of NATCCO Youth Congress
4. Participated Brigada Eskwela 2018
5. Attended training for District Roll Out – Capacity Training in SBM Validation &
MEA (Monitoring Evaluation and Adjustment)
6. Conducted HRPTA Meeting for School Year 2018 – 2019.
7. Attended Orientation Seminar in preparation for the Earthquake Drill
8. Conducted and participated in the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill 2018.
9. Conducted Smart ID
10. Conducted SLAC Training for Teachers

The table shows the School Monthly Learners Movement and attendance of
Kasiglahan Village Elementary school for the month of January to March, 2019.The
pupil’s population is 7958, there are 0 dropped out, 0 transferred out and 475
transferred in.

Based on the table above, it shows that all the teachers were given
information regarding No Collection Policy. All information were being reviewed and
disseminated.
Different policies were implemented and given priority so that our clientele will
benefit from it. We strictly follow the No Collection Policy and always make the
school a child friendly.

From the table above, it shows that 100 % of teachers were given information
regarding the new DepEd Order No.8 s. 2015. The said grading system was being
disseminated to all concerns.

The tracking system of Abot- Alam shows that youth are in school. But
through this mapping were able to encourage out of school youth to continue their
