About Us
insomnia Cookies is a national bakery chain specializing in warm
desserts, especially cookies. Most locations are located near college
campuses and cater towards college students and people who want to
order cookies late at night past the closing times of traditional
bakeries. We were founded in 2003 by Seth Berkowitz in Philadelphia.
Our first store opened in 2006 in Syracuse, New York. As of 2016, we have
over 100 locations located throughout the country.
