Here is the cheesecake recipe.

CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE

CRUST

1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs


1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
1/3 cup butter

Mix ingredients together.Pess the crumb mixture onto the bottom and partly up the sides of a greased 9
inch spring form pan. Smooth the crumb mixture along the bottom of to an even thickness.

Chill the crust for 5 to 10 minutes in the freezer until it is set, or bake for 10 minutes in a 350-degreee
oven. Cool before filling.

FILLING

12 ozs Lindt bitter chocolate melted

Beat
1 1/2 lbs cream cheese

Add gradually
1 cup sugar

Beat well now, as too much beating after eggs have been added causes cracking.

Beat in chocolate

Add
3 eggs

Add
1 teaspoon vanilla esssence
1 cup sour cream
and beat.

Pour into crust lined pan. Bake about 1 hour. Cover with whipped cream and chocolate curls if desired.
