I was responsible for the various crews in my respective shift, I not only assisted the higher manager but at times, ran the
crew/shift myself. It was my responsibility to assist customers and ensure they received the best service and experience
possible. I was also given the task to ensure that the job of each crew member was done to satisfaction. Finally, in
accordance with the crew and higher manager, I strove to reach store goals (times, sales, etc.) by working quickly and
efficiently, and also suggestive selling when appropriate.
