VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, the undersigned Volunteer has offered his/her services for free to help and
assist the _________________ Office under the ________________ located at
____________________ in conducting its pastoral ministry activities.

WHEREAS, the ______________ Office has accepted the said offer, but has in turn
recognized the difficult economic and financial situation of the Volunteer;

WHEREAS, the Commission on __________________ Office has launched a program

to provide allowances for its corps of volunteers as a token of appreciation for their
services.

WHEREAS, the Volunteer, as well as all other volunteers, accept and realize that in so
working gratuitously for the _______________ Office, no employer-employee
relationship is hereby created;

WHEREAS, the Volunteer is aware that the program is temporary and that the services
required will terminate at the closure of the said program;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, it is hereby

agreed that:

1. As part of his/her apostolate, the Volunteer hereby agrees to be a part

of the Volunteer Corps of the _____________ Office, and as such, he/she
hereby agrees to help and assist, even without monetary compensation, the
ministry in its pastoral and educational activities from _________ to ________,
from ____AM to _____PM.

2. The volunteer agreement period shall be from ___________ to

_______________.

3. There shall be no employer-employee relationship between

___________________ and the Volunteer and thus, the Volunteer shall not be
entitled to the minimum wage, SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth and other social
legislation benefits. However, as a token of appreciation for his/her volunteer
 services, the _______office may provide the Volunteer with financial allowance in
the amount of _____________pesos (Php______) per month.

4. This volunteer agreement is not intended to be a legally binding

contract between the Volunteer and __________________. Neither party
intends any employment relationship to be created now or at any time in the
future. This volunteer agreement may be terminated by any of the parties at any
time and for whatever reason;
