    LIBRARY BUILDING II (SECOND FLOOR)

    Date: 09 September, 2019 Time: 4:00-5:00 PM

    At the second floor of the new library building construction, we were surprised as
    we observed that from the past week until now there have been construction works that
    were done and almost finished.

    We have approached Manong Lino Capili, the time keeper, and asked about the
    progress of this building construction. Certainly, in the field of construction, personnel with
    an authority is an important factor for it holds the fulfillment of what has been planned.
    And with this regard, a time keeper is of importance. We were told by him that one of the
    causes of delay in a construction is the miscalculation of the number of equipments
    needed. The management of inventory. But thankfully, we were told that the purchasing of
    equipments is easy and transported right away as needed. From the past week, we have
    seen that there were no railings yet and the unfinished welding of the stairs, but as we
    looked at it at this time, it is done and ready for furnishing. Obviously, the workers were
    doubling their time in fulfilling what they must finished in their calendar schedule so that
    this new library building would be open for every student of DOSCST by the next
    semester. At this second floor also, they were working on with the partitioning using
    hardiflex and studs for walling. And working for the first coating and layering of paint for
    the walls.

    Knowing the fast phase of the construction at this time, there is no doubt that by
    our next assignment here, there would be construction that would be fulfilled.
