When employees are well-served by their customers, even though the rent of your hotel
is expensive, they will still be willing to pay for your good dealings and services, and
more likely to accept price increases.
An important issue to consider is the extent to which customer satisfaction is in uenced by the provision
of a quality service and a quality core product. A few studies have sought to predict customer
satisfaction based on perceptions of the core product and ancillary services (Brady et al., 2006;
Greenwell et al., 2002; Tsuji et al., 2007)
