Search for Mr. & Ms. BPES Intramurals 2019

1. Every class will be choosing 1 pair, a girl and a boy, to represent the class.
2. Each pair will wear the color assigned to him/her.
 Kindergarten - pink
 Grade 1 Lily – yellow
 Grade 1Camia – yellow
 Grade 2 Sapphire – orange
 Grade 2 Diamond – orange
 Grade 3 - green
 Grade 4 - blue
 Grade 5 Daisy – red
 Grade 5 Jasmine – red
 Grade 6 – Black
3. There will be a Production Number to be presented by the candidates.
4. There will be two (2) appereances of the candidates
a. wearing the assigned color in every pair
b. wearing sports attire
5. There will be a question and answer portion. Each will be given a question to answer.
6. Top 5 among the boys and top 5 among the girls will be chosen.
7. Each of the top 5 candidates will again be asked a question. Note: Scores/Ratings of the
candidates for the first stage shall have no bearing on the final stage. (BACK TO
ZERO)
8. Among the Top 5s, judges will choose the Mr. and Ms. BPES Intramurals 2019 from them.
9. These are the criteria for judging:
 PRODUCTION NUMBER
 Gracefulness – 40 %
 Stage Presence – 30 %
 Self Introduction – 30 %

 SPORTS WEAR
 Uniquness and Style of the Sports Attire – 40%
 Beauty and Appeal – 20 %
 Stage Presence – 20%
 Carriage of the Sports Attire – 20 %

 Question and Answer Portion ( criteria for the first stage and final stage)
 Relevance, Subtance and Value of the Answer – 80%
 Stage Presence - 10%
 Timeliness – 10%

10. Awards to be given are:

Major Awards:

Mr and Ms. BPES Intramurals 2019
1st Runners Up
2nd Runners Up
 Minor Awards:
Best in Production Number (see the criteria for judging)
Best in Sports Wear (see the criteria for judging)
Darling of the Crowd (see the mechanics)
Nurse Choice Award
Medtech Choice Award
Business Manager Choice Award

a. In choosing the candidates for the Darling of the Crowd award, there shall be an
online facebook voting. And the mechanics are:
 Like the page
 Vote for your bet by simply clicking the picture and “heart” button/reaction.
(Note: Only the number “heart” reactions will be counted)
 The pair with the highest number of “heart” reactions will be declared the
winners for the “Darling of the Crowd” Award.
 Voting period is from August 30 – Sept. 2, 2019. It will be officially closed
at exactly 10:00 pm on the second day of September.
 The management will just count the number of heart reactions of those who
liked the page.
b. For the Nurse, Medtech, Business Manager, Brgy. Officials Choice Award, the
sponsors themselves will choose for their bets, to whom they’re giving the awards.
