relationships, raise money, or celebrate achievement. Proper event planning is so important to
ensure the success of an event of any kind. An event planner ensures that they work with the
stipulated contract and to make certain to deliver a successful event as agreed.

Event planning is the process of planning and coordinating the event which can include
budgeting, scheduling, site selection, acquiring necessary permits, coordinating transportation and
parking, arranging for speakers or entertainers, arranging decor, event security, catering,
coordinating with third party vendors, and emergency plans. Each event is different in its nature
