Holding Area for RS
Note: once the river mouth is passable the pay loader will
immediately go to the new river mouth.
Steps:
• While the backhoe is opening the new river mouth, the pay
loader will scrape the designated holding area for RS to
remove the vegetation.
• Flatten the area.

PARTIAL LOADING
Checklists
• Classification (RS/CS)
• Source
• Operator
• Signal that the stockpiled is running out
• Initial draft survey at the MV
• Go signal for the other party to load
• Operator (that will continue the loading to MV)
• Final draft survey
Procedure
• Check the stockpiled area and the daily extraction of the LB to
predict if partial loading will be activated.
• Once activated, the current party will stop loading.
• All concerns parties will accompany the surveyor to perform
the draft survey to witness that there is no foul play in
surveying the draft.
• A form will be provided for them to sign agreeing with the
result of the survey draft.
• Then the other party can start loading to the MV.
• After the MV is loaded, perform a final draft survey together
with all the concern parties agreeing with the datum.
FULL LOADING
Checklists
• Classification (RS/CS)
• Source
• Operator
Procedure:
• Check if there is enough stockpiled to load the MV.
• The operator will signed the form that he will take
responsibility in fully loading the MV.
SHARE LOADING
• The stockpiled will come from Alex.
• Oscar will provide the trucking services
