That said portions of land are covered by the retention limit allowed by the law;

Administrative Order No. 1, S-1989 as well as to show proof that the land subject of the above-
mentioned transaction is a retention area;

MARLO MANALO, LIBRADA MANALO, FELISA MANALO and NORBERTA
MANALO, being the surviving heirs of the late Alberto Manalo and PACENCIA MANALO,
widow, SANTIAGO MANALO, MAURA MANALO, FELIPE MANALO, SULFICIO
MANALO and EUFROCINA MANALO, widow, being the surviving heirs of the late Eduardo
Manalo, all of legal ages, Filipinos, residents of Brgy. Camansihan, Calapan City, Oriental
Mindoro, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

That we are surviving heirs of the late ALBERTO MANALO and EDUARDO
MANALO, who are the registered owner of a certain parcel of land covered and embraced by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. RT-42 (T-28555) with an area of 7,379 square meters more or
less situated at Brgy. Gutad, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro;

That the said of parcel land are not covered by any tenancy relations or shareholding
system;

That this affidavit is executed in compliance with the requirements of DAR

Administrative Order No. 1, S-1989 as well as to show proof that the land subject of the above-
mentioned transaction is a retention area;
