Introduction about Universe

Universe can be broadly classified as Matters, Energy and Waves. Matters are physical substance
which occupies space and possesses rest mass. Energy is the capacity to act on Matters. Energy
with respect to Time is Power. Energy can be classified as Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical,
Thermal, or Nuclear etc. It can be transformed from one form to another. Waves is the transporter of
energy without transportation of Matter. It travels through Space and Matter. The types of Waves are
Radio Waves, Micro Waves, IR Waves, Light Rays, UV Waves, X Rays, Gamma Rays etc. There
are some geometric planes in Space required for Matters, Energy and Waves to play. For example,
2D and 3D Physical Plane.

Introduction about “Who Am I”

You can be broadly classified as Body (Matters), Soul (Energy) and Mind (Waves). Body (Matters) is
a physical substance which occupies space and possesses rest mass. Soul (Energy) is the capacity
to act on body (Matters). Energy with respect to Time is Life. Soul will never die but can be
transformed from one form to another. Mind (Waves) is the transporter of Soul Energy without
transportation of body (Matter). Mind travels through Space and Body (Matter). Mind functions in
Mental / Emotional Planes, Soul functions in Astral Plane and Body functions in Physical Plane.

Body (Organic Matters) consumes Organic foods (similar Organic Matters) to convert Matters into
Chemical Energy with the use of Heat Energy (Oxygen Breathing) by burning it, to meet the needs

consumes Energy from Soul to run its daily activities. Here, we have to understand that Matters are
made up of Energy. Our Body System cannot convert all food (matters) into energy, so the remains
are excreted. It does not mean that excreted remains has no energy. It still has energy, it can be
consumed by microbes completely to convert it into energy for its survival.

Analyzing Universe, with respect to the Spiritual Knowledge

Thirumantiram is the seminal text of Saiva Siddhanta written by Thirmular. He wrote “Anbe Sivam” in
this classical book which is the earliest among all the books to find the quote “Anbe Sivam”. i.e.
Love is God. It is God exists as Universe or created it. This is the formula to be worked out to
analyze the Universe.

That is, Love = God,

Adding Universe on both sides and defining both sides,

Love is the Energy form of The Universe = God who exists as Universe in Physical form

According to the above formula, Love is the Energy Form and Universe is the Physical Form.
Physical form of Universe and Energy form of Love are forms of God. In the beginning, only Energy
exists and When Energy moves, it is called as Waves. Particles are the constitution of Matters.
Particles are derived from Energy when it moves as Waves. God exists before the Universe is
formed. Universe is the physical form and so particles form are derived after the energy form. That
is the reason, we consume matters as food and are able to extract energy from matters by breaking
it down. In simple, the compact arrangement of energy is particles. Protons, Electrons and Neutrons
are made up of Particles and goes on, until the Universe manifests by itself.

“The Inherent Nature of Love is Knowledge which has the ability to manifest itself into Matters
with its own Principles and Laws. (Physical form of Universe)”

Analyzing I, with respect to the Spiritual Knowledge

Basically, Our ancestors classified human activities into three types:

1) Thoughts, Functions of Mind (Mental / Emotional Plane),

2) Speech, Hear, Touch, Smell, Taste (Functions using 5 sensory organs which connects Physical
Plane with Mental Plane),

3) Actions, Functions of Body (Physical Plane)

Speaking something means, the process starts from the Mental Plane as Thoughts, and the same is
manifested into sound in the Physical Plane. So It can be listened / heard in the Physical Plane by
others. Similarly, If I think something in Mental Plane, then doing it (action) in the physical plane is
just the Manifestation of Thoughts in Physical Forms. So my activities in Mental Plane can be
understood in Physical Plane by others in terms of Actions.

Alternatively, Nobody can observe Love in Physical Plane, because Matters has nothing to do with
Love but only with Physical Actions. Only in Mental Plane, We can feel Love, because we need
Mind to feel it.

We need Sensory Organs to transmit signals from Mental Plane to Physical Plane and vice versa.
Otherwise, We will be isolated between Planes. i.e. Mental Plane cannot communicate with Physical
Plane and vice versa. If there will be no coordination between Planes, then People suffers internally.

For example:

One man have lost five sensory organs and both limbs in his body but have sound mind which
possess pure Love. That is, he can functions well in Mental Plane only. He can Love and be with full
of Love in his Mind. But He cannot manifests his Love in any other forms. i.e. either using speech or
actions. So nobody can know his true nature / self truth in Physical Plane. People around him in
Physical Plane, cannot access or assess his true nature. Those who has the ability to access or
assess his Mental Plane, can understand his Nature. that is in Love form only.

We should observe everything around us as Manifestation of God. We live to learn in the life at
every instance. To awake the Mind, it should come out of dream and ignorance. Mind Wave should
be redirected / trained to travel towards Soul or its Source. If it reaches to its origin, then the Mind
will merge with Soul. Mind at rest is equal to Wave at rest which is Energy. Here it is Soul. That is
Siva state. We can attain this state only in Meditation. When Mind reaches its Source, there will be
no Mind state, then that stillness is called, Siva State or Samadhi State.

“Soul is Spiritual Energy Source, which has its own Wave form while it moves away from its
Source, that is called as Mind. I is “self” and that is “Mind”. You are “Soul””
