The usual raw materials such as thick copper wires to be processed in the
company for conductors. The insulations for wires are usually made from polyvinyl
chloride (PVC), low smoke halogen-free (LSHF) and linear low-density polyethylene
(LLDPE). Materials used for jacket include nylon and polyvinyl chloride.
CWCC manufactures different types of building wires, special wires and power
cables. For building wires, the company produces THHN/THWN wires, THW wires
and TW wires. Special wires that they manufacture include control cables and welding
cables.

Each raw material is subjected to different tests such as tensile elongation
test and profile projection, in order to ensure its quality before being subjected to
the main process in the production of wires and cables.
