POSTAVLJANJE PITANJA
U Engleskom jeziku postoje dve vrste pitanja Yes/No pitanja i WH pitanja.
YES/NO PITANJA
Ovakva vrsta pitanja započinje pomoćnim glagolom (is, are, have, has, will, can, do, does, did) a zatim
sledi subjekat . Odgovor na ovo pitanje je Yes /No.
Are you married?
Yes, I am.
No, I am not.
inverzijom tj. zamenom mesta subjekata I glagola. Na primer: He is watching TV. Pitanje će biti Is he
watching TV?
pitanju on I uvesti. Kao na primer:
He goes to the cinema every Friday.
DOES HE GO TO THE CINEMA EVERY FRIDAY?
WH ‐PITANJA
WHO-ko WHAT-šta WHEN-kad HOW MUCH-nebrojive
HOW OLD-
WHERE-gde HOW LONG- koliko dugo HOW-kako WHY-zašto
WHOSE Čiji,čije WHICH-koji HOW MANY-brojive koliko je star

subjekat. Ova pitanja uglavnom započinju sa WHO ili WHAT.
Objekatska pitanja
započinju upitnom rečima WHO ili WHAT.
Subjekat glagol objekat
Tom sent a letter
Subjekatska pitanja Who sent a letter? Tom.
Objekatso pitanje What did tom sent? A Letter.
