What I've learned on this subject is the proper time management. I've learned how to
maximize my time and how to be efficient on my work even we don't have enough skills and
money to use. I've learned also how to use out budget wisely, when we can't find the ingredient
that we need we will just find an alternative product that we can use. I've learned also the
proper procedures on how to prepare a food and how we can make it much better even if were
not spending that much money.
Sanitizing and cleaning the materials any equipment is another that I've learned. With
clean materials, we can produce a clean and high quality food product. That's what all I've
learned from the subject FNC 4 Meal Management.
