Instructions:
1. You will make an Ebook via Google Slides. Number the slides as if though they were pages.
2. Complete this document by filling up the predetermined pages.
3. Page 1 should have:
a. Name your dermatology clinic (Ex. Bright Skin Dermatology Clinic)
b. Title of your brochure (Ex. Skin Disorder Facts)
c. Your name: (Ex. Dr. Luis Gonzales)
d. Fictitious phone number and address of your clinic
e. Picture to introduce the contents of your brochure
4. Page 2-7. Do some research for 7 different skin disorders or diseases. Include:
a. Name of the disease
b. Description of the disease
c. Causes or Risk Factor
d. Symptoms
e. Treatment Options
f. If the disorder is contagious, how can we keep from getting it? If it is not contagious,
how could we reduce the risk of getting it?
g. Picture/images
5. What is skin cancer? Which one is the most dangerous and why? Also, indicated which layer of
tissue flesh eating bacteria attacks? Why is it so dangerous and what type of antibiotics is used on
the patient?
6. Your brochure will require a minimum of 2 sources cited.
