ROLES AND RESPOSIBILITIES

➢ Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for

methodologies of construction &coordination with site management activities as per
(ISO 9001:2008;ISO 14000:2004) OHSAS 18001:2007.

➢ Site survey works using TOTAL STATION AND AUTO LEVEL

➢ Preparation of Inspection survey reports & ASBUILT reports,
➢ Leading a team of survey assistants& client dealings.
➢ Coordinating with Sub Contractors, monitoring their performance & settling all
technical disputes / clarifications during execution of project.

➢ Supervising the operational processes in the unit and monitor progress related to
performance management
➢ Testing survey equipment and recommending for calibration where necessary.
➢ Draughting.
Prior Inspection and getting approval from consultant for all type civil structures and
architectural work
➢ Calculation of volumes and co:ordinates.
➢ Checking the correctness of survey records
➢ Managing the subcontracting of state surveys to private land surveyors
➢ Supervising the Ventilated Stone, High wallColumnand Transom Erection & Welding
Works. All Primary Structure Works.

➢ Understanding of Project management.

➢ Updating information of approved surveys in the Land Transaction System (LTS)
➢ Understanding of Safety, Health and Environmental issues in executing projects.
➢ Implementing QA / QC procedures, Total Quality Management principles and
