Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients:

1 Bag Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes Thawed (32 oz. Bag)

½ Cup Diced Onion

1 Can Cream Chicken Soup

1 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup

1 Cup Sour Cream

1.2 Cup Melted Butter

2 Cups Shredded Cheese for Topping

2 Cups Kellogg’s Corn Flakes Crushed Mixed with 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter (For Topping)

1. Melt butter
2. Mix hash browns, onion, chicken soup, cheddar soup, and sour cream together in a large
bowl.
3. Add in melted butter and mix well.
4. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Spread into greased 9x13 pan.
6. Top with shredded cheese
7. Then add crushed corn flakes on top of cheese.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
